Sam came to real estate the way the best agents do — through years of actual ownership, management, and renovation. A former high school math teacher, she bought her first multifamily property and never looked back. What followed was years of managing multiple buildings, running countless renovations, and operating several Airbnbs — building small, well-run communities with thoughtfully designed spaces along the way. She developed a genuine sense for where to invest, how to add value, and what makes a property actually perform, along with a deep appreciation for Denver's neighborhoods and what makes each one distinct. Now stepping fully into brokerage, Sam brings perspective that can't be manufactured: she's done the inspections, lived the renovations, and made the hard calls.
