Located approximately 10 miles southwest of downtown Denver. Commute to downtown is 20–30 minutes via US-85 or C-470/I-25, or about 30 minutes via RTD light rail (D Line from Littleton/Downtown station). C-470 and Santa Fe Drive (US-85) are the primary highway corridors.
